Southwest Guidance Center is your Kansas-licensed Community Mental Health Center serving Haskell, Meade, Seward, and Stevens Counties in Southwest Kansas since 1964.
In early 2022, Southwest Guidance
Center began the process of implementing the Certified Community
Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model of care with an emphasis on
evidence-based practices, continuous quality improvement, and measurable
outcomes for both our clients and our agency. We are dedicated to
providing the highest quality behavior healthcare currently available
and are on track to fully implement the CCBHC model by July 1, 2024.
Our Mission
To provide quality behavioral health care to meet the needs of all residents of Seward, Stevens, Haskell, and Meade counties by assuring they receive the right service, at the right time, in the right amount, in the least restrictive environment.
